HRSG casing / penetration seals

Casing or penetration seals provide a necessary sealing function in HRSGs. Experience has shown that these seals are wear items, specially for those HRSG that are load cycling.

ESP low heat loss seal

ESP has developed an easy-to-install, long lasting seal that reduces heat loss at HRSG penetration points for both floor and roof applications. This is achieved by combining the advantages of insulation and the strength of a metal canister. The insulation acts like a packing seal to reduce heat loss and the canister protects the insulation from heat and the environment. Click here if animation does not load.

OEM replacement seal

This is our OEM style replacement seal. Requires the pipe to be cut.

Clamb Shell Repair

Our clamb shell repair is as close to an OEM repair as you can get, without actually cutting the pipe.
